Bravery
Anxiety blocks bravery. Fear allowed to grow with anxiety and stress, creates an atmosphere in which bravery is rarely mustered. Releasing fear, anxiety and stress creates a healthy kind of bravery that is grounded with good sensibility. Becoming brave enough to take calculated risk without risking unnecessarily.
Personally, I have acted with bravery and acted with cowardice. Being brave feels much better! I have enjoyed the results of bravery every time. One grows & becomes better, more courageous with bravery. One becomes aware of one’s own power, in a way that one may never be aware of without experiencing bravery.

Life Freedom Coaching is a personalized coaching service designed to help individuals improve various aspects of their lives, including relationships, emotional and business growth, while providing high regard, judgment-free and a safe, healing, and growth orientated environment.
Life Freedom Coaching offers two coaching packages: a 10-session package and a 15-session package, each tailored to meet your unique needs and goals.
The first coaching session involves a 1.5-hour conversation with your coach about your goals, lifestyle, realized and potential challenges. It also includes an introduction to tapping/EFT techniques, while establishing rapport with a vision for growth and client readiness.
Sessions 2-10 include diverse exercises and techniques aimed at helping you reach your goals. These may include tapping/EFT, goal-setting exercises, and self-reflection activities as well as self-directed activities.
Journaling is highly recommended to track your progress and gain insights into your personal growth and changes throughout the coaching journey. If one doesn't keep track, one doesn't realize the progress made, kind of like the bookkeeping of emotions and goals.
The initial coaching contract is for 10 weeks, during which you and your coach work closely to achieve your desired results. Afterward, you can continue on a monthly/5-session basis or as needed.
Yes, the coaching contract structure is flexible to meet your individual needs, including the option to extend the initial contract or adjust the coaching schedule to fit your lifestyle.
