The Power of Grounding: Reconnecting Your Body’s Natural Balance

The Power of Grounding: Reconnecting Your Body’s Natural Balance Dedication: The Godfather Gary Hi Love, In today’s fast-paced, technology-driven world, many of us live disconnected—not just emotionally but physically—from the Earth itself. What most people don’t realize is that this disconnection may be quietly impacting our health in profound ways. Grounding, also known as earthing, is the simple practice of reconnecting your body to the Earth’s natural electrical charge—and it may be one of the most overlooked foundations of wellness. Most people view the body as purely biological—made of muscle, bone, and organs. There is a deeper layer that the modern medical world often overlooks: The human body is an electrical system. Every single cell functions like a tiny battery. To stay alive and healthy, cells must maintain a specific electrical charge. If that charge drops or becomes “stuck,” health begins to fail. This manifests as brain fog, chronic fatigue, anxiety, or physical pain. The human body is essentially a salt battery. Before we dive into more science, let’s start with a few simple ways you can begin grounding right away. Quick Tips to Ground Yourself Daily Walk barefoot on grass, sand, soil, or even concrete Sit or lie directly on the ground Lean against a tree (especially deeply rooted ones like oak) Use visualization—imagine roots extending from your feet into the Earth Spend at least 20–30 minutes outside in direct contact with nature Choose natural materials when possible (like leather-soled shoes) These simple practices may seem small, but they tap into something deeply biological. Your Body Is an Electrical System, running on a Salt Battery At its core, the human body is an intricate electrical network. Every heartbeat, nerve signal, and muscle contraction depends on electrical impulses. Your brain communicates through electrical signals. Your cells maintain voltage gradients across their membranes. Even your immune system relies on electrical interactions to function properly. Think of your body not just as biochemical—but bioelectrical. Furthermore, science confirms that minerals are the foundation of all biological function. Vitamins cannot be used efficiently, if at all, without the presence of minerals. Minerals act as the catalysts for thousands of enzymatic reactions; without them, vitamins have no “spark” to initiate their work within this complex salt battery. Now here’s where things get interesting: the Earth itself carries a subtle negative electrical charge. When your body comes into direct contact with the ground, electrons from the Earth flow into your body. This isn’t metaphorical—it’s measurable physics. The Problem: Modern Life Disconnects Us For most of human history, we were in constant contact with the Earth—barefoot, sleeping on the ground, immersed in nature. Today, we are insulated. Rubber-soled shoes, elevated buildings, synthetic flooring, and constant exposure to electromagnetic fields (EMFs) have effectively “ungrounded” us. Creating an imbalance. At the same time, our bodies are under constant assault from oxidative stress—free radicals generated by metabolism, pollution, stress, and poor diet. These molecules are missing electrons and aggressively steal them from healthy cells, leading to inflammation and cellular damage. Unless you are grounding, your body has few opportunities to neutralize this process. A Different Choice: A Migraine Story I’m not someone who gets migraines often. Maybe four or five in my entire life. But when they do come, they start the same way—flashing lights in my vision. If you’ve ever experienced that, you know what’s coming next: severe pain. In the past, I was told the standard advice: go to bed, get in a dark room, and wait it out. And that’s exactly what had happened—I’d lose the rest of my day. Stuck in a dark room all day with my eyes closed. Nonproductive except for feeling the pain, and that is a way I never want to spend a day, so I made a change. Instead of shutting down, I chose to use my energy differently. I went outside and grounded. I put my feet on the Earth. I did tapping (EFT) to calm my nervous system. And I made myself something warm—homemade hot cocoa with stevia, no sugar. I was treating myself better than what circumstances and I had been allowing, so I decided to demand my needs to be met. Demanding that I make a change and treat myself properly. Sometimes we must remove ourselves from the situation to heal. So I made a decision to get present, to get connected, and get supported, and that was the gift to myself that I needed. And the migraine never came. The flashing lights passed, and that is highly significant. The pain never followed. That experience shifted something for me. It showed me what happens when we give our body a place to clear its electrical charge, clear its emotional charge, and receive comfort instead of harshness. Sometimes the difference is giving the body what it actually needs: loving acceptance, comfort, and great self-parenting. This included giving ourselves permission to check out of the norm and/or what is expected for the sake of our health. We are the only one who can and will make the choice to show up for ourselves. So as Nike so famously says “Just do it.” As I say “You deserve it.” Grounding as Nature’s Antioxidant When you connect to the Earth, you absorb free electrons. These electrons act as natural antioxidants, neutralizing free radicals before they damage tissues. This is one of the key mechanisms behind grounding’s health effects. Research published in the Journal of Environmental and Public Health and other peer-reviewed sources has shown that grounding: Reduces inflammation Improves sleep Decreases chronic pain Lowers stress levels Enhances immune function While more large-scale studies are still needed, the early evidence is compelling—and aligns with what we understand about electrical biology. Blood Flow and the “Zeta Potential” One of the most fascinating discoveries in grounding research involves blood viscosity. Red blood cells carry a natural negative charge that causes them to repel each other. This is known as “zeta potential.” When this charge is reduced, cells begin to clump together, making the
Never Just About Easter Eggs—It’s Time to Hatch Your Dreams

It’s Not Just About Easter Eggs… It’s About Hatching Your Dreams Hi Loves, Easter has a way of reminding us of something deeper than celebration. Beneath the traditions, the colors, and the joy, there’s a powerful message waiting for each of us: It’s Never Just About Easter Eggs—It’s Time to Hatch Your Dreams New life happens through movement. Everything transforms through action. Today, I want to ask you something simple—yet important: What are you sitting on? What dream, idea, or calling have you been holding onto… protecting… delaying… waiting for the “right time” to begin? Because here’s the truth we often forget to admit: It’s not just about Easter eggs… it’s about hatching yours. The Power of Starting Before You Feel Ready “Go for it. Go for it now.” Is everything lined up perfectly? Perhaps. Are you 100% confident? Rarely. Should you wait? No. Do the next right thing that will move your needle the most. Is it the easiest thing? No. Is it the most comfortable thing? Probably not. Is it the most effective thing? Do that! That one step you’ve been avoiding? That’s usually the one that matters most. We often think motivation comes first—yet it doesn’t. Action comes first. Momentum follows. Confidence builds after that. If your “get up and go” got up and went, do not sit there waiting for it to come back. Shift your energy. Ground yourself. Do some tapping. Drink some water. Move your body. Change your environment. Take a small action or a big one. Momentum is created, never just found. Nothing Hatches Without Breaking the Shell Never Just About Easter Eggs—It’s Time to Hatch Your Dreams Let’s ground this in a simple truth: Nothing hatches without the work of breaking the shell. Growth requires action. Inside the shell, there is potential. There is life. There is possibility. From the outside? It looks like an ordinary egg. Just another egg. Just another idea that we have been in the habit of ignoring and viewing as commonplace. Your ideas, goals, and dreams are anything but commonplace. They are vital to your growth and to the growth of the rest of your community—the world. At some point, staying where you are becomes more painful than growing into who you’re meant to be. You Already Know What Your “Next Step” Is Let’s be honest—you already have the information you need. You know the idea that keeps coming back. You know the move you’ve been considering. You know the step that would actually change things for you. The question is rarely what should I do? The question is when will I finally do it? Wait for a perfect time? It avoids us. There will always be reasons to pause: “I need more money first.” “I need more clarity.” “I need more support.” “What if it fails?” Some preparation is wise. Maybe your next step is saving $20,000. Maybe it’s raising $100,000—or even more. Maybe it’s building skills quietly behind the scenes. Maybe it’s moving to a place where your vision is supported instead of questioned. Those are real steps. Important steps. Preparation leads to action. It never replaces it. There is no one who will do this for you. If you are to come into your fullness and other people into theirs, you must begin. What is the alternative? What is the cost of staying where you are? What is the cost of never hatching? The cost is incalculable. Your Dream Is Bigger Than You Think Here’s something people often overlook: Your dream is about more than just you. When you pursue your calling—when you take action on something meaningful—you create a ripple effect. You impact: Your family Your community The people watching you quietly The people who will be helped by what you build You shift what feels possible. When someone sees you step out, take risks, fall, get back up, and eventually succeed… It gives them permission to do the same. That’s how lives change. That’s how communities grow. That’s how the world becomes better—one person choosing courage at a time. When you hesitate, thinking, “Does this really matter?” The answer is: Yes. More than you know. Failure Is part of Success You might fail. Actually, you probably will—at least a few times. Failure is rarely the end of your story. It is part of your formation. Every attempt teaches you something. Every setback refines you. Every obstacle strengthens you. When you keep going—when you refuse to quit—you eventually become the person who can handle the success you’re working toward. That is true expansion. That is true growth. Start Small, But Start Today Sometimes we make things bigger than they need to be. Starting may look like quitting your job tomorrow or making a massive leap overnight. However, starting may also look like: Writing down your vision Creating a simple plan Making one phone call Researching your next move Building a vision board Saying a prayer with intention Small steps are significant. They are the foundation of everything. Once you take one step, the next becomes easier. And then the next. And then the next. That’s how momentum works. Be Bold Enough to Go Where You Haven’t Gone Before There’s a reason that famous Star Trek line has stood the test of time: “To boldly go where no one has gone before.” That’s about more than space exploration. That’s about life. It’s about being willing to step into the unknown… even when you are searching for answers. It’s about trusting that there is more available to you than what you can currently see. Having the courage to find out is vital. You will only fully know what’s possible for your life when you are willing to test your limits. What Better Thing Do You Have to Do? At the end of the day, ask yourself this: What better thing do you have to do than become who you’re meant to be? Life is meant for more than the sidelines. You are your greatest
What Is Your Emotional and Physical Load?

What Is Your Emotional and Physical Load? A Gentle, Whole-Body Approach to Weight Release Introduction Many people approach weight challenges by focusing solely on food or discipline. Yet the body is more complex — and more intelligent — than that. As advanced as science has become in the last century, we are still far from knowing everything about the body. One thing I do know is that it is far more than calories in versus calories out. A calorie is a measure of heat that was first used to quantify thermal energy in water for the purposes of heat, steam engines, thermodynamics, and physics. It was only later, in the late 1800s, that calories began to be used to measure the energy content of food. Weight release is rarely just one thing. It is influenced by emotions, stress, environment, physiology, and nervous system regulation, all working together. When these systems feel overwhelmed or unsafe, the body may hold on to weight — not out of failure, but out of protection. A gentler, more sustainable approach begins with understanding what the body may be carrying — emotionally and physically — and how we can support the body in feeling safer. The Body Holds Weight for a Reason. The Body Responds to Safety, Not Force The nervous system plays a central role in how the body regulates weight, inflammation, digestion, and energy use. When the nervous system perceives chronic stress, the body prioritizes survival. This often means elevated cortisol, the primary stress hormone. Cortisol is essential in short bursts — it helps wake us up in the morning. When it remains elevated over time, research shows it can affect metabolism, blood sugar regulation, inflammation, and fat storage. In contrast, when the body experiences safety, connection, and calm, it releases oxytocin — a hormone associated with bonding, relaxation, and nervous system regulation. Oxytocin helps counterbalance cortisol and supports the body’s ability to restore equilibrium. This is why curiosity and compassion often work better than control or force. This is where gentle nervous system tools, such as Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), are supportive. EFT combines focused awareness with tapping on specific acupressure points, which research shows to help calm the stress response and reduce emotional reactivity. Rather than forcing change, EFT works by helping the nervous system receive signals of safety, some of the time talking about what you are fearful of. This change from fear to calm takes place in the amygdala aka fear center of the brain. It is one of the powerful tools available to release whatever preverbal burr that is under your own personal saddle. Find your EFT/Journaling Prompts Here. Emotional Load, Stress, and the Nervous System Emotional Load, Unhelpful Beliefs, and the Stress Response Even though science has not yet proved that emotions such as frustration, anger, grief, or overwhelm are “stored” in organs in a literal sense, that may be on the scientific horizon. However, unprocessed emotional stress can keep the nervous system in a heightened state, influencing hormone signaling, inflammation, and metabolic pathways — including those involving liver function. Over time, chronic emotional stress can affect how the body functions — not because emotions are “wrong,” but because the body is responding exactly as it was designed to respond under pressure. The question becomes: What might my body be trying to process right now? Am I giving my mind, body, and emotions what they need — now? In addition to emotions themselves, unhelpful beliefs — such as “my body is broken,” “nothing works for me,” or “I have no control” — can quietly reinforce stress responses. When these beliefs are activated, the nervous system often reacts as if a threat is present. EFT is frequently used to help individuals gently identify and soften these stress-based beliefs. By acknowledging what is present while simultaneously engaging the body through tapping, EFT may help reduce anxiety and interrupt habitual stress patterns. This can create more internal space for regulation, choice, and self-compassion. Over time, chronic emotional stress can affect how the body functions — not because emotions are “wrong,” but because the body is responding exactly as it was designed to respond under pressure. The question becomes: What might my body be trying to process right now? Am I giving my mind, body, and emotions what they need — now? Am I parenting myself well, in regards to meeting my needs? Journaling helps to find your answers. The Liver, Toxins, and Metabolic Stress The Liver’s Role in Physical Load The liver is a vital organ responsible for: •Detoxifying environmental and metabolic byproducts •Processing hormones •Regulating fat and glucose metabolism •Supporting inflammation balance According to the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases (NIDDK), approximately one in four adults in the United States has non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) — often without obvious symptoms. 👉 https://www.niddk.nih.gov/health-information/liver-disease/nafld-nash/definition-facts NAFLD is one of the most common liver conditions worldwide, affecting up to 20–30% of adults, according to peer-reviewed epidemiological studies. 👉 https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/21875310/ While emotions may or may not be stored in the liver, chronic stress and metabolic imbalance does influence liver function. In turn, impaired liver function can contribute to fatigue, inflammation, and mood changes through what researchers describe as the gut–liver–brain axis, a bidirectional communication system connecting metabolism, immune signaling, and neurological regulation. 👉 https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/40568349/ This highlights how emotional load and physical load often overlap, even when they originate in different systems. Maybe especially when they originate in different systems, because holding weight usually has more than one root cause. When we realize that it may be easier to let our selves off the proverbial hook. After all calories in calories out has been shoved down our throats for decades, and that is far from the whole story. This is where emotional regulation practices, including EFT, play a supportive role. By helping calm stress responses and reduce ongoing nervous system activation, EFT helps support physiological balance — not by treating disease, but by reducing one layer
A NEW YEAR, A NEW APPROACH – HEALING EMOTIONAL EATING FROM THE INSIDE OUT

A NEW YEAR, A NEW APPROACH – HEALING EMOTIONAL EATING FROM THE INSIDE OUT Every January, the same promises surface. Lose weight. Eat clean. Exercise more. Join a gym. Start fresh. By February, those promises have often faded. The issue is never a lack of willpower. The issue is that resolutions focus on symptoms, never the root cause. Weight gain, emotional eating, and exhaustion are signals. They are the body’s way of saying: something deeper needs attention. The Truth Beneath the Weight Every woman is inherently beautiful. That beauty lives beneath layers of stress, anxiety, unprocessed emotions, and survival patterns. Stress dims the light. Anxiety tightens the body. Emotional eating becomes a way to cope, to soothe, to survive. The weight becomes a shield, a story, a way to stay safe. But underneath, there is a woman who is whole, radiant, and worthy of ease. Stress and anxiety get in the way of that beauty. They cloud the truth. They keep the body in survival mode. They make emotional eating feel like the only option. This New Year, the focus shifts. Instead of forcing the body to change, we invite it to heal. Why Diets Fail (And What Actually Works) Crash diets and extreme restriction create short-term results and long-term harm. They stress the body, slow metabolism, and increase health risks over time. The cycle of losing and regaining weight becomes exhausting. The real issue lives deeper. Emotional eating, stress, anxiety, and unresolved feelings drive the patterns that keep the weight in place. Until the emotional body is addressed, the physical body remains stuck. Albert Einstein said, “You cannot solve a problem with the same mind that created it.” Weight release requires a shift in how we relate to our bodies, our emotions, and our stories. Healing the root cause means working with the emotional body, releasing stored stress, and creating new patterns from the inside out. This approach invites the body to change, rather than forcing it. The Role of Stress and Anxiety in Emotional Eating HEALING EMOTIONAL EATING FROM THE INSIDE OUT Stress and anxiety are often the invisible forces behind weight gain and emotional eating. When the nervous system is overwhelmed, the body goes into survival mode. Cortisol rises. Cravings increase. The body holds onto weight as protection. Emotional eating becomes a coping mechanism. Food soothes the nervous system temporarily. It offers comfort when emotions feel too big to process. But the relief is short-lived. The weight remains. The patterns repeat. The cycle continues. Stress and anxiety block the body’s natural ability to release weight. They keep the metabolism sluggish. They keep the emotions stored. They keep the woman hiding beneath the weight. When stress is released and anxiety calms, the body softens. The face relaxes. Energy returns. The woman who has been hiding begins to remember who she truly is. EFT: A Tool for Releasing Stress and Healing Emotional Eating Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), also known as tapping, is a powerful tool for calming the nervous system and releasing stored stress. EFT combines gentle tapping on acupressure points with focused attention on emotions and beliefs. It helps the body process what has been held, release what no longer serves, and create new patterns from the inside out. Dr. Candace Pert said, “Your body is your subconscious mind and you can change biology through energy psychology and energy medicine. Ninety-seven percent of all illness is rooted in emotional and psychological issues.” EFT works with the body’s energy system to release stored emotions, calm anxiety, and shift beliefs. When the emotional body heals, the physical body follows. Tapping helps: Calm the nervous system and reduce cortisol Release stored emotions and old stress Shift beliefs about food, body, and self-worth Reduce cravings and emotional eating patterns Invite the body to feel safe enough to release weight When the body feels safe, anxiety decreases. Emotional eating patterns soften. Weight release becomes natural. A New Year Invitation: Choose Healing Over Resolutions This New Year, consider a different approach. Instead of forcing the body to change, invite it to heal. Instead of restricting food, explore the emotions beneath the cravings. Instead of punishing the body, cultivate a relationship that feels kinder and safer. Your body was created for enjoyment, never torture. Together, we cultivate a relationship with our bodies that feels more at ease and more at home. Every day will be the day you choose what is best for you and show up as your best self. Health changes, weight shifts, and exhaustion often signal that something in the body and emotions is asking for attention. Remember where attention goes energy flows. Women invest in tools, programs, and support. We are looking for emotional support, real connection, and a way forward that feels sustainable and kind. The Weight Release Support Group: A 10-Week Container for Healing(HEALING EMOTIONAL EATING FROM THE INSIDE OUT) The Weight Release Support Group is designed for women, ages 35–65, who are ready to heal the emotional roots of weight and release the patterns that have kept them stuck. Honoring the Heart After a Breakup or a Loss: A Love Letter to Healing

Honoring the Heart After a Breakup or a Loss: A Love Letter to Healing Dedicated to Chuck — One of the Great Loves of My Life Life Energy Renewed LLC — by Lesley VanDeventer-Witt There are seasons of life that stretch us so deeply, we wonder if we will ever return to ourselves. Seasons where the heart feels heavy, pulled in directions it never asked for, touched by endings it didn’t expect. Breakups do this. Loss does this. Death does this. In truth, anything that forces us to release someone we once held close — someone whose energy lived in our daily spaces, whose voice we recognized even in a whisper, whose wordless thoughts drifted to us unspoken, whose presence shaped the rhythm of our days — will inevitably touch the most tender parts of our spirit. This extended reflection is dedicated to Chuck — one of the great loves of my life. To the memories that shaped me. To the love that taught me. To the grief that continues to expand me. To the part of my soul that still feels his imprint and always will. And it is also dedicated to every heart experiencing a similar ache — whether through breakup, separation, estrangement, or the passing of someone deeply cherished. Grief wears many forms, but it always touches the same sacred space inside us. And that space deserves to be honored, your heart deserves to be honored after a breakup or Loss. Thinking of your own love letter to your healing. When Love Changes Form: The Universal Grief of Letting Go Grief after a breakup and grief after a death may look different on the outside — but internally, they often run parallel. In both cases, you are: adjusting to a new reality you didn’t choose mourning a connection that shaped you confronting silence where there used to be voices facing days that feel unfamiliar trying to understand what life looks like without the beloved Both can shake a person’s identity. Both can disrupt routines, beliefs, expectations, and dreams. Both can leave you questioning: Who am I now? How do I do life now? The human heart does not separate its wounds into neat categories. It simply knows: Someone I loved is no longer here the way they were. And when the connection was deep, soulful, and sacred — as it was with Chuck, everyone needs a Chuck in their live and hopefully more than one — the grief can feel just as deep, just as consuming, just as spiritually transformative. Breakups, Death, and the Shared Path of Healing Whether it’s the ending of a relationship or the passing of a loved one, the heart undergoes a similar spiritual process: 1. Shock and Disbelief The mind can’t understand what the heart already knows: Things have changed forever. 2. Emotional Overflow Tears, numbness, anger, gratitude, longing — all swirling together with no rhythm or timing. 3. Searching Looking for meaning, memories flooding at unexpected times, looking for the person in small signs, in music, in moments, in dreams. 4. Identity Shift Learning to live without a presence that was once intertwined with your own. 5. Renewal Not forgetting — but integrating. Not “moving on” — but moving with. Not erasing — but evolving, even more love and acceptance . This path is not linear, not predictable, and certainly not neat, more like a plate of pasta with a surprise sauce, unrecognizable. There will be days when you feel strong and spacious, able to luxuriate in the surprise of their essence, their energy. And days when the ache reopens without warning, with no appetite at all. Both are to be expected. Both are part of your healing. Both are sacred. Why Losing Someone You Deeply Love Hurts So Much Pain is not proof of failure. Pain is proof of connection. Your heart is not breaking because you are weak. Your heart is breaking because it knew love deeply enough to feel its absence. This is a truth many avoid, but holistic healing embraces, even encourages: Because there is no grief without love. There is no heartbreak without meaning. And so, when I say, “There would be no reason for my heart to break if it had not loved with such depth in the first place,” I mean it quite literally. Your grief is the evidence of your capacity for love. Your capacity is the evidence of your wholeness. Your wholeness is the evidence that you will heal — because nothing that has the ability to love so powerfully stays wounded forever. What feels like a wound is really the foundation of your expansion, strength, power, and resiliency. A Love Letter to Healing: writing your own “Today, I honor my heart and the love I shared with Chuck — one of the great loves of my life. I let the grief move gently through me, knowing it is only proof that my heart loved deeply and beautifully. That our boundaries with each other were sacred and healthy. Then every breath brings me closer to peace, every tear releases old pain, and I am quietly returning to myself with softness and strength.” Let this affirmation anchor you. Let it soothe you. Let it remind you that healing doesn’t erase the love — it carries it forward. Understanding the Hidden Gifts of Great Love Great love is never small. Never forgettable. Never shallow. Great love expands us — spiritually, emotionally, energetically. It awakens parts of the heart that would otherwise remain asleep, no matter how imperfect. And even if the relationship ends… And even if the person passes… And even when the future changes…because it must. Great love leaves blessings that remain long after the form has changed. Remember energy, never dies only changes form. Some gifts are obvious: The laughter The memories The shared stories The growth The deepening of your emotional intelligence And some gifts are subtle: The way your heart softened The lessons you now
Exploration of Creatine’s Benefits: Helping the Brain When Sleep Goes Missing

Exploration of Creatine’s Benefits: Helping the Brain When Sleep Goes Missing When sleep gets cut short or interrupted, the brain can feel as dumb as a box of rocks, but wait… Creatine may help with Cognition. Thinking slows down, with lack of sleep, focus disappears, and even easy tasks feel like climbing a mountain. The more it happens, the worse things get. Continual lack of sleep doesn’t just cause tiredness—it can scramble brain chemistry, trigger inflammation, and even raise risks for anxiety and depression (Alhola & Polo-Kantola, 2007). This is where creatine steps into the picture. Most people know creatine as the “gym supplement” for building muscle. But research shows it also supports the brain, especially when sleep is missing. It’s like finding out a plain old box of rocks is hiding a shiny crystal inside. This blog will explore what creatine is, how it works, why it may help the brain during sleepless times, the science behind it, and how it might even protect against major conditions like Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s. What Creatine Is and How It Works in the Body Creatine isn’t a strange powder only used by bodybuilders. It’s a natural compound the body makes every day from amino acids (the small parts that build protein). The liver, kidneys, and pancreas create it, and food like steak and salmon adds a little more (Rae et al., 2003). Creatine joins with phosphate to form phosphocreatine, which acts like a backup battery pack. When cells run low on energy, phosphocreatine helps recharge ATP, the body’s main fuel. ATP powers everything from moving muscles to firing brain cells. The body makes about 1–2 grams of creatine each day, but supplements can raise those levels. In the brain, creatine can increase by about 5–15% (Rae et al., 2003). That small boost works like plugging in a portable charger when the brain’s battery is running low. Most creatine is stored in muscles, but the smaller portion that goes to the brain is critical. Special transporters carry it in, though scientists still debate how much actually passes through the blood–brain barrier. Still, evidence shows benefits (Roschel et al., 2021). In short: creatine = extra energy. It supports both muscles and brains, giving them the spark they need when sleep leaves the body feeling like a box of rocks. The Wider Appeal of Creatine Beyond the Brain Creatine isn’t just a one-trick helper for the brain. In the gym, it’s famous for building strength and helping muscles recover. It works by pulling water into muscle cells, which keeps them hydrated and supports protein building. Over time, this leads to more muscle growth and faster recovery (Kreider et al., 2017). That’s why creatine is a go-to choice for athletes and even for people dealing with muscle loss as they get older. But muscles aren’t the only fans of creatine. It also acts as a quiet bodyguard inside cells. Creatine helps fight off oxidative stress, which is like rust that slowly damages the body, and it calms down inflammation, which can cause hidden damage over time (Matthews et al., 1999). These jobs make creatine feel like a dependable friend—the kind who always shows up with wholesome home made snacks during a long road trip. Because of these extra powers, creatine has been studied not just for athletes but also for people with health problems where energy, strength, or recovery are limited. It’s a reminder that creatine isn’t flashy. Instead, it’s reliable and steady—surprisingly useful. How Creatine Helps Cognition When Sleep Goes Awry Sleep loss hits the brain hard. Sharp thoughts turn into fuzzy guesses, and memories slip away like soap in the shower. Science shows that missing sleep lowers energy stores and boosts oxidative damage, which hurts attention, memory, and mood (Alhola & Polo-Kantola, 2007). Over time, poor sleep can throw off important brain chemicals like serotonin and dopamine, while also fueling inflammation that affects both body and mind. This is where creatine shines. By boosting phosphocreatine levels in the brain, it helps refill the energy supply (ATP)in other words brain food. during low-energy times. This cuts down on mental fatigue and sharpens thinking (Roschel et al., 2021). Studies show real effects. In one study, 15 young adults stayed awake from 6 p.m. to 4 a.m. After taking a single large dose of creatine (about 0.35 grams per kilogram of body weight), their memory improved by more than 10%. Processing speed in language, logic, and math jumped 16–29%. They even felt 8% less tired. Brain scans showed more total creatine, steadier pH, and better energy balance (Gordjinejad et al., 2024). Another study tested 19 people after 24 hours with no sleep plus some light exercise. A week of creatine at 20 grams per day helped reaction time, balance, creative movement, and mood compared to placebo. Stress hormones like cortisol dropped, while dopamine helpers rose (McMorris et al., 2006). A wider review of 16 studies found creatine boosted memory and sped up thinking, especially in adults under stress or facing health challenges (Prokopidis et al., 2024). Even rugby players who got only 3–5 hours of sleep saw improvements in skill precision after taking creatine, much like caffeine would do (Cook et al., 2011), except without the jitters. Think of everyday life: late-night work, caring for a baby, or pulling an all-nighter. Creatine can act like a quiet helper, lifting the brain’s energy just enough to stop that sinking-like-a-rock feeling. Of course, creatine doesn’t replace real sleep—good sleep habits are still the main fix—but it may help keep the brain from crashing when rest is out of reach. The Science Behind Creatine’s Brain-Boosting Tricks So, how does creatine actually protect the brain? It comes down to energy and protection. When sleep is missing, the brain’s demand for ATP skyrockets, but supplies run low. Creatine steps in with its phosphate donation system, keeping the brain’s energy stable (Bender et al., 2008). Creatine also helps against excitotoxicity—when too much glutamate overstimulates neurons, leading to cell damage, like a wild
Crafting a Healing Environment: Sleep, Sunshine, EFT Tapping, Mindset, Self-Relationship, and Community Support for Holistic Health and Weight Release

Hi Love, Read to the end for a 7 step healing plan. This Blog is all about: Crafting a Healing Environment: Sleep, Sunshine, EFT Tapping, Mindset, Self-Relationship, and Community Support for Holistic Health and Weight Release Crafting a Healing Environment: Sleep, Sunshine, EFT Tapping, Mindset, Self-Relationship, and Community Support for Holistic Health and Weight Release Healing thrives in an environment where body, mind, and community align, addressing challenges like stubborn weight gain, emotional eating, stress overload, and self-doubt. By weaving together quality sleep, morning sunlight, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) tapping, a nourishing mindset, a compassionate self-relationship, and the power of a supportive community, we create a holistic environment that fosters sustainable weight release, emotional balance, and vibrant health. Grounded in peer-reviewed science and infused with subtle humor (because healing should feel like a warm embrace), and laughing is healing, this comprehensive guide explores how these elements solve real problems—hormonal imbalances, metabolic sluggishness, emotional triggers, and lack of support—empowering you to thrive. Sleep and Relaxation: Solving Hormonal Chaos and Emotional Overload with the Physiological Sigh. Great Holistic Health. Poor sleep is a silent saboteur, disrupting hormones, fueling emotional eating, and clouding decision-making, making weight release and emotional balance elusive. Without 7–9 hours of quality rest, ghrelin (the hunger hormone) spikes by up to 22%, while leptin (satiety) plummets, driving overeating, as shown in a 2019 study in The Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism (Spiegel et al., 2019). Chronic sleep deprivation also promotes insulin resistance, increasing fat storage, per a 2015 meta-analysis in Diabetes Care (Cappuccio et al., 2015). Emotionally, sleep loss heightens amygdala reactivity, amplifying stress and impulsivity, which often lead to late-night snacking or irritability, according to a 2017 study in Nature Communications (Ben Simon et al., 2017). Relaxation, particularly through the physiological sigh, amplifies sleep’s healing power, addressing the problem of a racing mind that prevents restful slumber. The physiological sigh—one long nasal inhale, with a quick sip of an inhale followed by a long exhale or sigh—rapidly reduces stress by activating the parasympathetic nervous system. A 2023 study in Cell Reports Medicine demonstrated that just 1–2 minutes of physiological sighs lower heart rate and cortisol levels more effectively than other breathing techniques, promoting a “rest and digest” state (Balban et al., 2023). The science behind it involves regulating carbon dioxide levels in the lungs, which signals the brain to calm the autonomic nervous system, enhancing vagal tone and improving sleep onset. Related research in Frontiers in Psychology shows relaxation techniques like this cut sleep latency by 15–20 minutes (Khazaie et al., 2020). By calming the nervous system, the physiological sigh tackles fatigue-driven cravings and poor choices, creating a stable foundation for weight release and emotional clarity. Creating the Healing Environment: Establish a sleep routine is great holistic health, with 7–9 hours nightly, dimming lights and avoiding screens an hour before bed to protect melatonin production. Incorporate relaxation with 1–2 minutes of physiological sighs, paired with EFT tapping. This calms hormonal chaos, curbs emotional eating, and sets a serene stage for healing—like a nightly reset that whispers, “You’ve got this.” Sunshine: Countering Vitamin D Deficiency and Metabolic Sluggishness Limited sunlight exposure is a hidden culprit behind metabolic slowdown and low energy, particularly for those with darker skin tones who face rapid vitamin D deficiency. Sunlight regulates the circadian rhythm, syncing sleep, metabolism, and mood. A 2017 study in Sleep Health showed that daily natural light exposure improves sleep quality by 20% and duration by 30–60 minutes (Boubekri et al., 2017). Morning sunlight boosts serotonin, enhancing mood and supporting melatonin synthesis for better sleep, per a 2014 study in Journal of Clinical Sleep Medicine (Figueiro et al., 2014). Vitamin D deficiency, which affects over 40% of adults globally, is a significant barrier to weight release and health, especially for darker-skinned individuals. Melanin reduces UVB absorption, requiring up to 6 times more sun exposure to produce adequate vitamin D, per a 2018 study in The Journal of Investigative Dermatology (Holick, 2018). Deficiency develops rapidly in low-sunlight conditions, impairing insulin sensitivity, increasing inflammation, and sapping energy, which hinders exercise and healthy eating. A 2020 meta-analysis in Nutrients linked higher vitamin D levels to improved metabolic health and fat loss (Pereira-Santos et al., 2020). Sunlight’s mood boost also reduces stress-driven eating, addressing emotional triggers in holistic health. Creating the Healing Environment: Spend 10–20 minutes in morning sunlight to align your circadian rhythm and boost vitamin D—crucial for darker-skinned individuals(usually needs vit. D supplementation) to prevent deficiency. Whether walking or sipping tea outside, sunlight infuses your environment with vitality, solving metabolic sluggishness and low mood like a natural energy shot. EFT Tapping: Dissolving Stress and Rewiring Emotional Triggers into Solutions Chronic stress is a major roadblock to weight release, fueling emotional eating and self-sabotage. Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) tapping offers a powerful holistic health solution, calming the nervous system by targeting meridian points while addressing issues like stress or cravings. A 2012 randomized controlled trial in The Journal of Nervous and Mental Disease found that one hour of EFT reduced cortisol by 24%, surpassing talk therapy or rest (Church et al., 2012). This tackles stress-induced fat storage and overeating, directly supporting weight release. EFT also addresses emotional triggers through neuroplasticity, rewiring the brain to break cycles of negative thought patterns. By engaging the amygdala and prefrontal cortex, it fosters resilience, as shown in a 2020 study in Psychological Trauma: Theory, Research, Practice, and Policy that demonstrated EFT’s ability to reduce anxiety and PTSD symptoms (Church et al., 2020). This is critical for overcoming emotional eating, where stress or self-doubt or other emotional triggers which promotes binges. For example, tapping can reframe cravings for processed foods like margarine—a hydrogenated fat one molecule from plastic, shunned even by omnivorous pigs(eat almost anything!)—encouraging choices like avocados or olive oil that stabilize hormones and increases satiety. Promoting the feelings of fullness both physically and emotionally. Creating the Healing Environment: Practice 5–10 minutes of EFT daily, tapping on points like the side of the hand or under
Unleashing Your Inner Fire: The Bold Power of EFT for Weight Release, Body Acceptance, and Epic Relationships

Unleashing Your Inner Fire: The Bold Power of EFT for Weight Release, Body Acceptance, and Epic Relationships Hi Love, Let’s kick the gloom of body discomfort to the curb and strut into a life where you rule your own skin and relationships. As your life coach, I’m here to dish out the goods on Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), aka tapping—your game-changer for weight release, body love, and turning connections into pure magic. Get ready to ignite! This is a game changer. The Big Body Discomfort Drama Picture this: you’re stuck in a body that feels like a stranger, every glance in the mirror a punch to the gut. That gnawing unease—hating your curves, dodging photos, or shrinking in clothes—can drag you into a pit of shame and isolation. It’s a heavy load, messing with your mood, confidence, and even how you vibe with others. But here’s the kicker: EFT coaching is your escape hatch from that mess, tapping away the emotional chains holding you back. EFT: Your Weight Release Superhero Sick of battling the scale like it’s your nemesis? EFT swoops in, tapping on meridian points while you confront those stress-eating triggers or guilt trips. It slashes cortisol—the stress hormone that loves to pack on pounds—according to a 2016 study (Church, D., Journal of Nervous and Mental Disease). Imagine dropping weight not just from your frame but from that soul-crushing discomfort—EFT makes it happen, step by fiery step! Let’s get sassy with the science: researchers found tapping zaps cortisol by up to 24% in just one session—talk about a fat-blasting fiesta! This isn’t just fluff; it’s your body’s backstage pass to ditch the drama and slim down with style. Body Acceptance: Claim That Mirror Victory That mirror showdown with a harsh inner critic? EFT coaching rewrites the script. By tapping into the roots of self-judgment—old wounds, societal noise—it flips your vibe from “ugh” to “yes, woman!” or “mmm, man!” Clients break free from body discomfort, embracing their every angle with pride. It’s not about the number; it’s about ditching that uneasy feeling and owning your skin—EFT coaching delivers that triumph! Science struts in with sass here too: a 2019 study (Stapleton, P., Explore) showed EFT slashed body dissatisfaction by 30% in eight weeks, rewiring your brain to love what you see. That’s not just a win—it’s a full-on mirror makeover party! Mmm, yes! Relationships: Sparks That Ignite When you shake off body discomfort, your relationships light up. EFT clears out the emotional clutter—resentment, insecurity, or that ex’s ghost—letting you shine as your true self. A 2018 study (Palmer-Hoffman, J., Energy Psychology) shows it cuts anxiety, boosting intimacy. You’re not just loving your body; you’re inviting others into your bold new world—cue the fireworks! Add a dash of sassy science: EFT drops anxiety scores by 40% in clinical trials, turning you into a relationship rockstar who’s too hot to handle. That’s the kind of love connection that sets the room ablaze! Exercise: The Emotional Glow Igniter Let’s move that body—because shaking it up isn’t just for show! Exercise pumps out endorphins, those feel-good vibes that banish discomfort and make you strut with swagger. The American Psychological Association (2020) says it slashes depression, while a 2021 study (Chekroud, S.R., Lancet Psychiatry) links it to body positivity. Sweat your way to feeling unstoppable in your skin—EFT coaching pairs perfectly with that energy! Science gets cheeky here: a 2023 study (Blumenthal, J.A., JAMA Psychiatry) found 30 minutes of movement daily boosts endorphins by 60%, turning your workout into a feel-good explosion. That’s your ticket to glowing from the inside out! The trick to staying consistent is choosing something that you LOVE! My choices: Dancing, Yoga to keep flexible and present. Swimming to increase Co2 capacity. Usually one a day, sometimes two. EFT Coaching: The Discomfort Destroyer Let’s dive deeper into that body discomfort beast. It’s not just a bad day—it’s a sneaky saboteur, whispering lies about your worth and keeping you from living large. That unease can spiral into avoiding social scenes, skipping swimsuit season, or hiding behind baggy threads—ugh, the horror! Because we all know they hide nothing. EFT coaching storms in like a superhero squad, targeting the emotional gunk with precision. By tapping on those meridian points, you’re not just venting—you’re reprogramming your mind. A 2020 meta-analysis (Clond, M., Journal of Evidence-Based Integrative Medicine) revealed EFT cuts emotional distress by 41% across studies, proving it’s a powerhouse against that uncomfortable vibe. Imagine tapping away the shame of a tight waistband or the dread of a family reunion photo—poof, gone! Clients tell me they feel like they’ve shed a second skin, stepping into a body they’re proud to call home. That’s EFT coaching turning your discomfort into confidence, one bold tap at a time. The Science Behind the Spark Let’s get nerdy with some sassy science to back this fire. EFT isn’t just feel-good fluff—it’s backed by brain-bending research. Neuroimaging studies (e.g., Lane, J., 2012, Applied Psychophysiology and Biofeedback) show tapping calms the amygdala, that panic button in your head, reducing stress responses by up to 50%. When you’re less stressed, that body discomfort loses its grip, and you start seeing yourself as the knockout you are. Plus, a 2021 study (Bach, D., Frontiers in Psychology) found EFT boosts positive emotions by 31%, rewiring your self-talk from “I hate this body” to “I’m a freaking masterpiece!” Mix that with exercise’s endorphin rush, and you’ve got a cocktail of confidence that’s off the charts. This isn’t just hype—it’s your brain and body teaming up to slay the discomfort dragon. Relationships Amplified That discomfort doesn’t just mess with you—it spills into your love life and friendships, as well as how we parent. But the better you feel the better you show up.(EFT Yes.) Ever avoided a date because you felt “too much” or clammed up with friends over body worries? EFT coaching obliterates that barrier. By clearing out the emotional muck, you show up with a vibe that’s magnetic. Partners notice the shift—suddenly, you’re

Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, ‘Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?’ Actually, who are you not to be? As we let our light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence actually liberates others.” Marianne Williamson Get the job you have always wanted. Open the prosperous business you have always wanted or turn around the business you have already started. Create the loving supportive relationships you have only dreamed of. Making one’s life a true reflection of who one really is, without the anxiety, fear and self sabatoge. That is Life Changing!
Who is the Villain?

Since it is Halloween, let’s talk villains! I asked my daughter who her favorite villain is and she loved the question! She went right to Malificent and the meme that she liked so much. She talked about how Malificent was slighted, not being invited to a one year old’s birthday party, resulting in a plan for revenge 16 years later! Talk about ridiculous expectations from the drama Mama of all drama mamas! If there is a Villain there is a Victim! Who is the Villain?! If there is a villain (seen to be evil and powerful), there is a victim (seen to be weak and powerless) and where there is a villain and victim there is usually a Superhero/Rescuer (takes charge without being asked). This is the unhealthy drama triad. The characters may change places at any given time, as long as everyone involved the unhealthy drama triad continues. Help, Superhero! Here are some possibilities of development from an unhealthy trauma triad into a healthy triad relationship: Let’s call the Superhero the Rescuer, someone who may be over-helping the Victim, preventing the victim from learning autonomy. The Victim who has the power to learn to show up for ones self, grows in self-sufficiency, self respect, and grows by making healthy choices. While the Superhero/Rescuer stands back and allows the victim to make a choice on their own, allowing for failure or success. Making room and allowances for growth. The Victim sees a way to stand strong! The Villian is left without a victory, and has to rethink how to get their needs met: all it takes is one person to make a change and the unhealthy drama triad is broken. Who is the Villain? It has been said that we are all a villain in someones story. Whether we are the villain on purpose or not is another question. Isn’t it really all about perspective and our own story that creates a certain meaning? How one is triggered, or not, and what one chooses to do with the meaning of that trigger, is ones choice, in creating their true reality. Is the offended party the real Villain? If one takes offense to another because of a story that is playing in ones mind is it real? I mean it is only in ones head. Right? Actions start as thoughts. Maybe one that judges harshly is viewing ones story thru a lens of harshness because they aren’t feeling their best. This can be due to a lack of sleep, possible abusive relationships, or anything in between. If someone is rude or insulting, how is their energy? Demeaning? I like this word because it perfectly describes the action of lower energy. De-Meaning Here’s why: De, which means to make void of: Making void of meaning. That is my personal thought. However the Merriam-Webster defines demean as to “lower in character, status, or reputation” and de as “do the opposite of”. While meaning is defined as “the thing one is meant to convey or something meant or intended: aim.” So another way to interpret Demeaning is creating the illusion of the opposite of what is intended and even the opposite of what has all ready been achieved. To foil or insinuate ones energy for the purpose to “bring down a notch or two” may cause someone to appear to have missed the mark or goal, their aim. Illusions Does that mean that the mark was truly missed? In the moment it may feel like it to all involved, but the more the emotions are broken down behind the demeaning, the more I believe it is only an illusion. However a powerful illusion, even a believable illusion that may cause many people to believe less than of said person. This is very sad that people will believe a lie, if it is told often enough, or if demeaning happens often enough it degrades ones true character, demeaning who one truly is. This is what I mean: If one has achieved ones goals and the other distracts oneself and others with demeaning action, the goal is still achieved, even if the credit has been taken away because of demeaning actions and/or words, distracting from the truth of a person, and their goodness. Who is the Villain? If one is being loving, kind and nourishing, and is met with rudeness, it is most likely that the receiver feels unworthy of the loving kindness and nurturing that is offered; is the feeling of unworthiness true?? I believe no, even though it defiantly feels true to that individual. Therefore, it’s their truth, but only if accepted. One has the right to reject demeaning and all that it implies. Will others know what the truth is? Some will, some won’t, so what, thats life! – – Yes? As painful as that may be, yes. Justice How lovely it is when one stands up for what they know to be true, right and just. The influence that one person has to speak, over the noise of demeaning words and actions, is powerful. I encourage you to be courageous and speak the loving edifying words of justice, for the truth is always non-negotiable; which is more powerful with a much higher vibration than demeaning words and actions. I applaud you ahead of time. Thank you. Worthy Because if one is conceived one is worthy of love, kindness and nourishment, even if ones parents are unable to give what is required, it never means one is unworthy. If you are reading this, hearing this read to you, or just being, you are worthy. Master Ones feelings are not always a true North, just because one feels bad about ones self doesn’t mean that there are any less worthy than someone who feels good. For instance, feelings have been influenced by the people who have raised us or pretended to help raise us, or, … Sometimes resulting in shame, possible trauma, blame, and lacking loving acceptance, in other words “making believe”
New Years Resolutions!

Hi Loves, Have you make any New Years resolutions this Year? Are they broke yet? For the majority of New Years resolution makers the answer is a resounding “Yes! All of mine are broken!” and by now forgotten! What happens that all of those great New Years Resolutions that start as an absolute must, now turns to dust?! Here’s what Forbes says are the most popular New Years resolutions are: Improved fitness (48%) Improved finances (38%) Improved mental health (36%) Lose weight (34%) Improved diet (32%) The bad news is that by the end of March the majority of resolutions are broken according to Forbes.com So here is some encouragement! There are a few things that positively influences all of these. Working out and Emotional Freedom Techniques(EFT) and getting a good coach. You might say even if I did work out, do EFT and I get a good coach, how is that going to influence my financial fitness? It does for the biggest majority of people, because working out improves mental/emotional health, physical health, possibly even in turn improved mental health makes for better decision making. EFT cools the amigdila aka fear center of the brain, which means that one who has done their work using EFT has more confidence in making quicker and more informed decisions. Definitely a confidence builder.* When making quicker smarter decisions, in a calm stress free frame of mind, one raises ability to be more financially fit. Today consider training, consider putting your self in the category of an athlete. One may argue that there is no way to consider that you are an athlete. However everyone is in some way, even if it is only keeping the body fit enough to enable walking around the earth. Everyone is here for a reason, a purpose, an invention, or a calling. No matter how unimportant the calling seems, it is respectable. Because with one calling left undone, it leaves a hole in the environment of our lives. One does this, so another does that, a kind of community/environmental/cultural growth serendipity . Each of us affects the other. Symbiotic if you will. 1st challenge for today: Look at the older people in the world, What are they going through? The aging population, with out enough strength, must have help with basic needs. Resolve to be an athlete, even if it is only to ensure ability to live in one’s body with out the need of assisted living. There is no shame in assisted living by any means. There is a time we all need a bit of help, in many different ways. However, preferencing physical independence and relational interdependence is healthy. Those are some personal New Year resolutions, goals & my hope for you love. Let’s decide to do something everyday for our physical body even if it is only stretching and eating well. Focus training on what one is able to do, instead of what the vision one sees in advertising dictates what ons ‘should’ look like.. Doing a little something is better than nothing. Perfect sometimes gets in the way of good, even worse sometimes perfection puts action to sleep. So give yourself the breaks and respect you deserve. Then try the next step up. Building up strength as one goes. Setbacks are a given, we are human. Keep going, rest when needed and keep going. This life is hopefully a marathon not a 50 yard dash. When 20 years pass, how old will you be? Not only in years but in physical strength/agility age. Chronological age never has to be the same as physical age. Hopefully a physical age of 20 years younger. May have heard a yea right! Well when one deals with ones fears, while keeping a passion for life with goals and things to look forward to, 20 years is not very long. What will you do for your future self? If you are one of the majority of New Years Resolution breakers, give yourself the gift of showing up for yourself. A coach may be just the thing that gives you the extra push you need to achieve your goals for your future self. One part of getting a coach that raises your chances of achieving your goals is shown by a research study by The American Society of Training and Development. It shows that if you publicly commit your goals to someone, you will per default increase the chance of completing them with 65% but if you have an accountability partner it increases you chance of success to 95%!!! 2nd challenge for today: take a 15 minutes and tap(EFT) what ever is taking up your valuable mental space, let’s work on that, making room for growth. 3rd challenge for today: decide, plan, & do for you and you future self, that which you can do. Your future self and family will thank you later. If there is no way to make these goals in a day, ok go for a week, maybe even a bit longer, but how ever long it takes, keep your calling, goals, future accomplishment in your foresight. Your future self will be so grateful you did, so will friends and family too. Schedule Your Complimentary Consultation here:https://calendar.app.google/dBfJuxxxGetzVivYA Here for you. Why Wait?? the time will never be Just Right

Unleashing the Potential: Embrace Empowerment for a Fulfilling Future Hi Loves, Hope you are feeling an inspiration to do something for your future self and that will ultimately create a positive affect for future generations. You know what it is and there will never be the “perfect” time to start. What needs to be done before the actual start date? Save 20,000.? Raise 100,000. Maybe Croudfund? Or maybe it’s even bigger? Maybe it’s a few Million or it may be moving across the country because a certain community will support you in your endeavors, where your current community will not. You and your dream are worthy of being created. It could be a number of decisions that are bidding for your attention. Today be encouraged that you are powerful and that your actions are meaningful to yourself, family and your community. What you are doing now may pale in comparison to what your dreams and desires have in store for you, your family, and communities. Believe you can and you will. Be brave and very courageous! Allow yourself to be encouraged as you to take the first step, even if it’s a vision board and a prayer with intention. Then the next step and the next! The Star Trek opening narration comes to mind: “Space: The final frontier. These are the voyages of the starship Enterprise. Its 5-year mission: To explore strange new worlds, To seek out new life and new civilizations, To boldly go where no man has gone before.” https://www.americanrhetoric.com/MovieSpeeches/startrekintro.html I enjoyed Star Trek when I watched with my family as a child. Robert Shatner back in the day, let’s just say I heard wedding bells in my future, as so many women of all ages did, but I digress;) Like Captain Kirk, we are powerful and are well able to handle a variety of challenges, even though we may have no perception of what is possible until after it is all said and done. However what does happen is different than what may happen and that means we must all take our chances, with the proverbial wing and a prayer. My question to myself and to you is: What better thing do you have to do? After all none of us get out of this life alive, except for spiritually if that is how you believe, and oh how ones spirit opens when one takes chances and overcomes challenges. You are your own best investment! There is only one way to know who you truly are and that is by allowing ones self to be put to the test, accept the challenge. Be proud of who you are and how you invest in your fine self. I for one am rooting for you! Much Love & Many Blessings to you, Lesley VanDeventer-Witt Life Energy Renewed llc.
